
At Visor Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging
Items must not show any signs of wear, washing or damage
Proof of purchase must be provided
Visor Golf reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Items marked Final Sale
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Products returned without original tags
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Visor Golf cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please indicate this when requesting your return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the item
If confirmed, Visor Golf will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
